Elite Adventures LLC offers travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to cruises, Disney vacations, and other travel experiences. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels).

3. Booking Policy

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the supplier's requirements.

• Payment Schedule: Full payment must be received by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking.

• Accuracy: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided (e.g., names, travel dates, and preferences) is accurate.

4. Cancellations and Changes

• Agency Fees: Changes or cancellations may incur fees as outlined during the booking process.

• Supplier Policies: Cancellations or changes are subject to the policies of the third-party suppliers, and any associated fees will be the client’s responsibility.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed according to the supplier’s terms. Elite Adventures LLC is not responsible for delays in refund issuance.

5. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Elite Adventures is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. Elite Adventures LLC can assist in securing travel insurance upon request.

7. Liability

• Third-Party Suppliers: Elite Adventures LLC is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for adhering to travel rules and regulations and for their conduct during travel.

8. Privacy Policy

Elite Adventures values your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts USA. Parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
